At Insta Mart, we offer a comprehensive suite of applications and web panels. Our web application is built using NextJS, providing a fast and responsive user interface. For customers, we have developed native applications for Android, iOS, and web platforms using Flutter. The delivery boy application, also developed using Flutter, operates on Android and provides efficient order management capabilities. Additionally, we provide a dedicated Super Admin web panel developed using Laravel, enabling administrators to manage roles and access privileges. Furthermore, we offer a Store web panel created with Laravel, empowering store owners to manage their businesses effectively.
Our delivery boy app is compatible with both Android and iOS platforms. However, due to location dependencies, we recommend using it primarily on Android devices. Insta Mart operates based on operation zones, allowing you to define specific areas of operation for your business. Stores and delivery boys operate within their designated zones. Customers select their delivery address, and our system automatically assigns the corresponding operation zone. By doing so, customers gain access to zone-specific stores, offers, campaigns, and more. If a customer's delivery address is outside the defined operation zones, they will receive a notification indicating that the service is not available in their area, and they won't be able to place an order.
Our order flow ensures a smooth and efficient process. Customers can place orders from their preferred stores, and delivery boys receive and accept these orders for delivery. Store owners receive the orders on their dashboard, prepare them, and hand them over to the assigned delivery boys. If an order is digitally paid, it transitions directly into the confirmed status, and the store receives the order on their dashboard without relying on the delivery boy's confirmation. Delivery boys accept and confirm cash on delivery orders, pick up the orders, and deliver them to the customers. For self-pickup orders, stores manage all steps involved. In the case of scheduled orders, operations begin 15 minutes before the scheduled delivery time.
Our dispatch flow allows delivery boys to view and accept nearby orders for delivery. Administrators have access to real-time information regarding the availability and locations of delivery boys within a specific zone. They can manually assign orders to delivery boys as needed.
The transaction flow in Insta Mart ensures transparent earnings for different stakeholders. The system calculates the admin commission, seller earnings, and delivery boy earnings based on various factors. The item value is determined by considering the original item price, item discount, and coupon discount. The order value includes the item value, tax/VAT, and delivery charge, with the coupon discount applied to the delivery charge. For self-pickup orders, the order value equals the item value plus tax/VAT. Customers can use a single coupon for each order.
You have the flexibility to set up the admin commission as a default for the entire system. Additionally, individual store commissions can be configured. If enabled, specific stores will have their own commission rates; otherwise, the default rate will be used. The admin earns commission based on the item value, and the remaining amount becomes the store's earnings. Tax/VAT is entirely the store's earning, and they are responsible for managing it manually. Delivery boys earn based on the actual delivery cost, which is calculated according to the distance traveled. The delivery charge represents the admin's earnings, and the admin manages coupon discounts for the delivery charge.
Our platform handles various cash flow scenarios. Digital transactions add the order amount to the admin's wallet, while cash on delivery orders increase the delivery boys' cash in hand wallet. For self-pickup orders without digital payment, the store's collected cash wallet is updated.
To establish a comprehensive store network, Insta Mart enables you to create multiple store networks in different zones. This allows customers to easily find their preferred stores within their localities, enhancing convenience and satisfaction.
