These terms and conditions govern your use of the Insta Mart mobile applications, web panels, and websites developed by UCT. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the App.

App Usage
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Insta Mart App or have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of a company or entity.

1.2 The App is intended for use in operating and managing multiple eCommerce businesses simultaneously. You may use the App to create and manage operation zones, stores, delivery boys, and handle various aspects of your eCommerce business.

1.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. Any activities that occur under your account are your responsibility.

Intellectual Property
2.1 All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, associated with the Insta Mart App, its content, and the underlying software, are the property of UCT or its licensors.

2.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose as described in these Terms.

2.3 You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of the App or its content without the prior written consent of 6amTech.

Privacy and Data Security
3.1 Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal data.

3.2 You are responsible for ensuring the privacy and security of any personal data or information you handle through the App. You must comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Payment and Transactions
4.1 The Insta Mart App supports various payment options for customers. You are responsible for ensuring the security and accuracy of all payment transactions.

4.2 Any transaction fees, commissions, or earnings associated with the use of the App will be governed by the transaction flow and commission models specified in the App's documentation.

Limitation of Liability
5.1 The Insta Mart App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. UCT makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the App's functionality, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5.2 UCT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
6.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
